I used this app for my pre order forms and whatever forms i think useful to my customers. This is really a very good app.

I used the app to run a contest. Very easy to use and navigate. I will use it again in the future.
So far it looks pretty great! i really like its customization options and the page load speed seems to be very good, which has been an issue with other form builders in the past
Created a simple registration form for demo signup. Very easy to use. The free version has a lot of functionality and the paid version has even more. The only downside is that if you are paying for the app you will be paying per form that you design.

Great application helped me create forms for my wholesale business. It has all of the elements necessary to obtain future clients information.
Forms work perfectly and support is excellent. Easy to use (once you figure out some small nuances) but the support is there for you and they respond quickly. Once you're up and running, the app is great. I can recommend this app as being well worth the money.
