Loads very slowly. Almost unusable with edge browser. Contacted support several times and no luck fixing
We used to love this app. I do not know what happened though cause the last two years+ we were billing almost $1,000 a year - We didn't approve this and would like a credit! We primary use a different app. this is crazy

I am not yet convinced as i am struggling to get it setup for only 1 specific product as opposed to all my products...it is slowing down my launch plan.

Useless eCommerce plugin. The sales price calculation isn't working as it should be in the eCommerce business. The app is adding the sales price to the option price instead of replacing the sales price with the option price. The features are very minimal. Good idea but needs a lot of improvements
Its not what it used to be.It has a error bug before you review form. It doesnt show you final. You must publish the review.
This app had some great features, but ultimately didn't help us with variables in merchant billing. Also, most importantly, the loading speed is significantly slow. Are there any ways around this?

App is good but disappointed with the support. Emailed several times but no response received even after a week's time. Please improve your customer support.

The email address field on the forms does not validate the format of email addresses (i.e. people can submit without adding .com). Sent two requests to support over a week ago, and have not received a response.
Also, the forms do not support RTL (right to left) text.
Otherwise, the app is generally easy to use and well developed. The low rating is because they don't reply to support requests.

The free plan is a complete waste of time. The next tier up offers some functionality - but nothing near what a basic free form plugin would normally offer. So you get funneled upward into an increasingly expensive plan with a very well hidden pathway to cancel. Frustrating and doesn't offer value for money.

I am having problems with spacing a basic site design. Form appear to rather hard to control from UI design
