A versão gratuita possui algumas limitações, mas conseguimos configurar de uma forma que nos atendeu, pelo menos no pop-up. Poderia ter uma integração com a salesforce.

The installation was painless and seemed to cover all bases. I haven't started collecting yet, but we'll see.

I tried for months and could never get the popups to post properly.
The apps so-called Live Chat is robo-support only and is a waste of time, and when an actual human does respond, it's ONLY via email.
