POWR Email Popup Sales Pop Ups

I used this app to help me with growing my email list! We shall see how it goes for me! It was easy to use.

Has been great so far! I've used two variations of the popup to make announcements to customers and it's been very easy to integrate.

The worst App I have ever tried on Shopify app store.
It is not easy to use
You can't connect to your Mailchimp database
They SPAM your email inbox after you have installed it

Very easy to install and use. Set up a pop up in 2mn with great features like embedded video and pictures.

Awesome Company to work with! Especially Richcarde M. He is always willing to go the extra mile to get what I need completed. App always works perfectly, if you are not 100% sure you did it right just hit up Richcarde!

I tried many pop-up apps, but POWR honestly has everything I need. Their customer service is excellent. I'm writing this review after I've used the app for a while, and really happy with what it offers.

Love this app! Very helpful and easy to set up, plus a handy bunch of settings to customize the popup. Great work!

The app functions fine, although you need to pay for a subscription for most standard functions (i.e. remove logo and control frequency). My issue is with the customer service. I emailed many times with the customer service as the button to cancel subscription did not work. I followed all instructions and repeatedly and very clearly (1 week before subscription renewal) requested to please cancel my subscription. The subscription was renewed 1 day before the subscription renewal date and I was ultimately able to cancel on that day (before renewal date) but we were unfortunately charged early. At that point customer service simply said "unfortunately we do not provide refunds on monthly subscriptions" even though he was well aware we had been corresponding for a week as I was trying to cancel. This to me is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly manipulative.
