This app is really great! The functionalities cover every requirement. In addition, the app is super easy to install. If you have a question or concern, the support is very friendly and helpful!

This app has been hard to install and embed. I could give more feedback once I am able to start using it. I wish you had phone support. I am in a time crunch and it is more difficult and time consuming to speak over email.

I like the app except the popup keeps popping up up after the form is filled out and takes over the whole page. Also it can not be set for exit intent only.
A little more work and I might pay for it.

It's been really easy to use and integrate into the site. You can do polls, multiple choice answers and free text fields. So far so good!

Not what it appeared to be, connect to mailchimp, so you presume it enables sending via mailchimp, wrong!
