It's a great app. We stopped sending surveys out a while ago so we had to cancel but if you are using surveys it does everything you need it to do. The Customer service on the app is also great they answer all your questions quickly with no hassle. Richcarde was amazing!

POWr Survey is working wonderfully for us! they just added the ability to send custom confirmation emails upon completion of the survey! its well worth the $
Absolutely love everything about this app! It has so many options and endless ways to reach customers. Needed tech support for something in the beginning and was helped right away!

Very easy to use and the options to create your own style of survey are great.
Easy to install on my Shopify store. Would totally use it again.
Easy-to-use interface. Support team is responsive after I ran into a hick-up. I'm glad I found this app!
Paid $115 for 1 year. Did 1 survey, 6 responses. Billed $105 "usage". What for? App Cancelled. V unhappy.
Sorry about the confusion! The $105/yr is the annual subscription amount, it is NOT an additional charge. The Shopify API we use is called "Usage charge" and allows us to apply discounts (instead of just a static price with the other API). We do not charge any fees on top of what's advertised. I hope this clarifies it!
Easy to use, so easy to set up and customise! Could add directly to the page automatically with no coding! Couldn't be happier!!
