If you need preorders on your site then this is the only app you need. Very customizable and reliable. We had a tiny glitch when we switched themes but the support staff was there to fix it within minutes. Can't say enough nice things about this app!
Best service, fixed my issue on a Sunday in a flash. App works great out of the box. Can't thank them enough!
After almost 8 months of use without problems, it has suddenly stopped working (500, Internal Server Error). Creating chaos in our store as many products no longer appear in pre-order and consequently being sold massively. There is no way to contact them and they do not answer the email sent to support. Is the fault permanent? Are you going to solve it?
Works great for Shopify Debut - easy to use and can edit to your logo theme/colours. Would be good if we could add a coming soon option without the add to cart function.
It is free and doing the job, sure not too fancy but at least working really well . would love to have the possibility to differentiate variants in the future

We have using this App since last month or so, it is a good App to have for your store, but sometimes we fell that Pre-Order Information (optional) from the App settings do not show it to the customer. Otherwise it is a great app to have for your store.
This is is so helpful. It allows me to offer to preorders to my customers. As a small business I have to monitor costs at every turn, so to be able to use this app for free is great. However, as of May 12, 2021, the app just stopped working for me.
We installed the App and it worked well. We found a problem with an item Tag then emailed support. It was fixed with in 24 hour. Great service...
Ich kann absolut nur gutes berichten. Die Bedienung ist übersichtlich und leicht zu verstehen und die Funktionen sind für meinen Gebrauch völlig ausreichend. Wenn mal etwas nicht funktioniert (war bei mir in 3 Jahren nur 2x), hat der Support sofort geholfen und das wieder behoben. Antwort kam innerhalb von ein paar Stunden und spätestens einen Tag später lief alles wieder problemlos.
I hit a bug on the app and John assisted me soooooo perfectly! Its brilliant the way the app works especially the mixed cart warning!! Some customers overlook the preorder sign which causes issues, but with the warning up, it forces them to pay attention which elevates all confusion! Thank you for such an amazing app!
