He was also able to give me info on a new upcoming feature for the app that allows partial payment to be taken at pre-order time with the remainder paid at order fulfillment time.

This is the best app for preorder and so simple to use. For any assistance you may need, their help center answers your questions very quickly and are knowledgeable in their software.
