There's a bug where we can't change the text under the products informing the customer when the product is available again. Reached out to support and nobody replied! If this isn't fixed, the app is not really helpful as it causes major confusion.
Very happy with this app. Works well and offers good intuitive user experience. Has also allowed me to receive orders when products have not been in stock which is of great benefit. Can't fault Globo, they provide quick, clear, concise communication and were able to make some minor tweaks at my request. This is the second app of theirs i've integrated and i'm sure won't be the last. Thanks Globo for your great product and support.
Good App that does what it says on the tin. We had a few issues but support responded and resolved within hours.
We were able to realize the UI/UX we wanted for pre-order products using this app. Additionally, the speed of support was incredibly fast, and the quality of the responses was excellent. They perfectly answered multiple questions in a short amount of time and provided support for implementation. This was by far the best support experience I've had in the past. It has become one of the reasons I want to continue using this app.
I asked for support because I had several issues in setting up the app. Luna and Sarah have been very kind and responsive!

This app is pretty good. I was able to get a lot of help from the support system. The most confusing part can be creating a new template on the back-end of Shopify. Nevertheless, the Globo expert will be able to help you with anything Globo-related.
