Early days with the app, all looks good and the fees are reasonable, but Rosie on the customer service team is amazing, they fixed a request I have within minutes.

Globo is an excellent app that seamlessly integrates both Back in Stock and Pre-order functionalities, offering customers flexibility in their shopping experience. This versatility enhances customer satisfaction significantly. Plus, I was thoroughly impressed by Globo's Live Chat support system. Rosie, the agent I interacted with, was incredibly knowledgeable and quick with her answers to all my queries. Her patience and assistance made my experience truly outstanding.
Mike helped me this afternoon after struggling to install the app on my website. He was very helpful and extremely fast in dealing with my issues and got me up and running correctly very fast. He was patient wth me and sent me lots of screen shots to help me through the process. Mike is an asset to the company

I have found working with the team at Globo an absolute pleasure, they are highly reactive and Rosie has been fantastic. I found the app to be highly functional yet very easy to learn and works very well for both pre-order requirements and back in stock too! There is a nice integration with Omnisend which is essential and back in stock subscribers can be sent to lists.
One of the things I like the most is the template builder which is very good, you can create Omnisend style templates with enough custom sections to make it look similar to your other flows and this all comes out of the box, so I had 8 notification types set up in 20 minutes.
And if you need a little bit of customisation to the styling of say the button or positioning they are there to help quickly and I really feel they cared about me as a customer and their live chat is very reactive. I would give more stars if I could and I want to thank the team at Globo for all their support. I will be looking to work with them long term :-)
