We were able to get our pre-orders set up with quick assistance from the team. It was better than many of the paid apps we used before!

I appreciate how connected the app is with our systems already but there are a few specific issues with pre-order integration in connection to Loop returns/exchanges that isn't as seamless. The customer service is always amazing though!
