I used this app and it deleted my add to cart button. Waste of time and money. I recommend not to use

Thanks for leaving us a review. We are so sorry for your unhappy experience.
Let us explain to you how our app works. The app will replace the "Add to cart" button of out-of-stock items with the "Pre-order" one when pre-order function is enabled. It's not an issue but our app primary functionality. It's a pity that it does not support keeping both buttons showing in order to meet your requirement.

i used this app to add pre-order but i cant undertand how to do to change the prices in case of pr order

This app did not work well with some applications that we had already integrated into our store. Sorry to say, but I had to delete it.

A great new pre-order app we thought we'd give a try as a result of a technical problem with our previous provider.

Pros;
- clean, easy to understand interface
- plays nicely with Collections, making bulk actions easier
- countdown and quantity limits per SKU are great for our vinyl record store where we get limited quantities of stock

Cons;
- doesn't leverage Shopify tags directly ie: you can't use tags to automatically add a product to a pre-order group
- only one message for pre-orders overall - you can't have different messages per category

On the whole, we're liking it a lot and look forward to where Globo take it!

Added the app for a new product being launched but customers could only order one and not multiple.

Customer support was helpful for a while. And then I replied one email about 2 hours late (5 days ago) and been on my own since then. Not user friendly, and kind of half hearted customer service. All in all, quite disappointed, granted it's free I suppose I shouldn't be expecting much. Thankful I only integrated the app on a copy of my actual theme.

I think it's a good app.
I recommend it.
I was able to make fine settings, so it fits my needs.
I've been using it so far, and I didn't have any particular concerns, but I think it covers a lot of it even though it's free.

I tried it, when I needed more help they offered it if I employed them - not happening, I have now deleted the app.
