Mike helped me this afternoon after struggling to install the app on my website. He was very helpful and extremely fast in dealing with my issues and got me up and running correctly very fast. He was patient wth me and sent me lots of screen shots to help me through the process. Mike is an asset to the company

Early days with the app, all looks good and the fees are reasonable, but Rosie on the customer service team is amazing, they fixed a request I have within minutes.

The app is really great and allow to manage pre-orders and Back in stock products/notifications. If something is not very clear or small customizations are needed, the support team is here to help.
