Really pleased with the support at Globo. They are very responsive and have managed to resolve any of the issues I have experienced. The support team are incredibly friendly and don't overwhelm with technical jargon enabling me to easily understand and continue to develop my store. The app is already delivering additional revenue as a result of the pre order functionality.
This App works great for Pre order and Back in Stock notifications.
Sarah was great helping me upload a list of emails that needed to be added to our Back in Stock notification list.

Product is amazing, easy to setup, customizable and works pretty great, but what really stands up is customer support.
Their response time was top notch and they where not just only kind but really gave the time to solve every request efficiently.

I have just now started using PreOrder Globo.
I had some initial trouble setting it up so that the pre-order would function correctly and that the badges appeared on the collection page. Rosie was able to help out and fix it all in one short session.
