Good and fast service, nice communication and good basic features. You don't need much skill for installation.
When using the Date option for pre-orders. The product will become unavailable. The only way to make it purchasable online is to delete the product and re-add it. If you manually disable or remove it from the pre-order works fine.

App is doing exactly what we need it to. We had a few issues right away that were handled promptly and professionally by Eric. The partial pay is way more intuitive than it is with other apps.

A really easy to use app with great front end options and customisation but the best bit is the responsiveness from the customer service team. Sarah helped to fix a few issues I was having with a really quick turn around! Highly recommend.
We cannot recommend this app at all. We have had it for almost a year soon and we have had so many problems and issues. The downpayment option rarely works and our customers ask us many times why they have to pay the full amount…
Anither big problem is that our customers
only can pre order one product at the time, which means that if a customer wants to pre order 5 different products the have to create 5 different orders with 5 separate shippings costs…
Support could bot help hus with this and we stopped reportng the issues after the first six months.
Now we have deleted this app and are handling our pre orders differently.
Really dissapointed!
