Works well and meets our needs. Apps helps manage our preorder products. Customer service replies promptly and provide the help we need.

Our store has quite a lot of pre order items. They app is useful, great CS and can also do a bit of customisation. Didn't expect such flexibility from a free app.

I used the app to help me add dropdown options to my product pages. It gave a nice amount of free options and was easy to understand.

I was having some issues integrating the pre-order button into my Shopify shop and was getting pretty overwhelmed. I reached out to support, supplied them with all requested information and the issue was resolved very quickly.

This app has reduced our customer emails asking whether a product is in stock or not by a huge margin, as well as helped us in ordering new product as we know if the product was a pre-order or not on the invoice. Not only that, but the support has been extremely quick and helpful. Really happy with this app. Sarah N. has been helping me out and she is great. Maybe I'm just a bit slow, but the app wasn't completely intuitive, but thankfully with the support, we were able to work through my questions in short order.
