Very supportive regarding custom import of existing mail list. Suggest improving the template so users can DIY instead of relying on the team. But overall good experience migrating data
The Back in Stock feature was easy to install and customize to fit seamlessly onto our site, including customizing the restock emails to match our brand guidelines. The help desk was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our customization questions.
I loved the support Globo provided to our store! They adapted the notify button to match our font and style, which I wasn’t expecting. Another great feature is the app’s ‘low stock reminder’ functionality. We always receive notifications when a product is sold.
Had some issues with the app not working perfectly and they went in and quickly fixed the issue. Thanks!
Excellent service, they will help you set your preorders up if you need more customization. The Customer service is reactive and alway willing to help!
Very happy with the app and customer service. Had a small change to make and they were very quick to respond and got everything taken care of in just a few minutes. Helps so customers don't miss out when an item is back in stock and prevents us from possibly losing a sale. Thanks for being great!
