I am grateful for this free Pre-Order solution. The support is responsive and helpful. The Pre-Order button etc looks good on the site and there are options to customize it.

I am giving it 4-stars instead of 5 simply because there are some things that I think could be improved to make the app a bit easier and less time consuming to set up. For example, currently you can either apply settings to all variants of product but if you wish to say exclude one size variant you must then manually apply the settings to each variant manually. It would be cool if instead there was an option to check all that you wish for it to apply to.

The Globo app has been a great solution for managing pre-orders in our store. The interface is intuitive and easy to set up, allowing us to offer product reservations seamlessly.

But what truly stands out is their customer support. Rosie and her team have been incredibly helpful, providing fast and personalized assistance to resolve any questions or necessary adjustments in our store.
