When we had a display problem on the site, the person who responded to our chat was able to quickly resolve the problem.
Although the communication was in English, he was courteous and prompt in resolving the issue and was very helpful.

Im new to this app but the customer service is great ! Rosie is a big help and the app does exactly what it says !

App works very well and has lots of useful features that we needed to hire a coder to do in the past. Rosie from the support team knocked out our 1 small issue within a few hours. Globo always goes above and beyond with the customer service.

A good software determines its lower limit, and an excellent team determines its upper limit. This is a software with a very high upper limit. Their team really shocked me, especially Rosie, she is really dedicated. , the words "patient and careful" are no longer enough to describe her. I am very lucky to have chosen PreOrder Globo. This is a great experience.
