The support is very helpful and timely! The setup is easy and the functions work fine with my expectations.
Pretty happy with the product as started using it for pre-orders. Support was very responsive as well.
At the moment I only use the back in stock section. There were some problems. This was resolved very quickly by contacting customer service.
The app really helps my customers who live in different countries to see what the pricing is in their countries with a simple drop down menu. The support has been great as well.

I don't know why this option "Start pre-order when stock less/above than or equal" was being deleted out of the app. We use it very many times.
Maybe other stores do not use this much.

I had an issue with all of my collection showing pre-order status but after a quick message to support I had it resolved within minutes.
I asked for adding badges and implementing it in my store. Even it was holidays, my problem was solved quickly.
