I did had some issues on how to set up using the pre-order app. The best part was that the customer service was able to walk me through the step to get it up and running. Realizing I did miss 2 steps to get everything working again, the app was easy to use. Thank you again Shikha from customer support for being patient with me. Great Job!!

I just started using this app and its great so far. The communication is great, they explained a lot to me I had a lot of questions that I needed answers to and support was helpful.

The app is quite easy to use and customer service responds quickly and able to solve identified problems. I like that I can customise the colours to my brand. Also as a small business, the free option is so helpful to have while we are just starting out and only have a few products.
