the app is so easy to install and setup. The set up for me was effortless (less than 5 mins) !!! and the customer service is amazing and very helpful!!!

I've just started out using this app for my backorders in the free version. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and I like that buttons and templates are customizable to match my store. I've contacted customer service for a small issue that I had and allthough it took a few minutes until someone got back to me, the support was helpful, friendly and successfull. I'm not a fan of the payment plan options. I think no one can actually make use of the free plan and probably only a few people find the "starter" and "pro" version enough. You pretty much have to buy the "premium" plan and I'm still debating if it's worth it for a shop our size for $25USD a month

Customer service is on top of it. So far app works flawlessly. Logged for the first time, customer service was right there. Tested app in various ways, worked fantastic every time.

I needed helping setting the pre order button on a upcoming product. Response was fast and I was up and running in about 5 mins. Customer service it awesome. Thanks again

I was having some difficulty with a product that had multiple variants and I couldn't find the product in the list on the app. I contacted the support team via the chat.

THEY ARE AMAZING.
They treated my request quickly and enabled my product for Pre-order and took the time to explain everything afterwards (with screen shots) and even mentionned I could always just contact them again for help.

Thanks so much for your help Satendra! I really do recommend this app if you have pre-orders to manage on your shop. It's an easier process than other apps I have tried.

Wow these guys are brilliant! Was already using the Back-In-Stock for a couple years and just added Pre-Order... not only was it already so simple to plug and play with our site they handled the couple branding custom components super quick and super friendly. Wish every app had service like this!!

Had a small code integration issue. Was hesitant to even reach out. Wait time was under a minute. Fixed the issue in real time. Best and fastest customer service I have run into. Super impressed!
