This app works great and we rely on it to run our store www.axistango.com. It works seamlessly in the background. A few times we needed help, the support team was quick to respond with fast resolution. We are satisfied clients!
Support replies are very prompt, including from developers. Also, detailed responses to adjustments for the implementation in our theme. If you have to deal pre-order products, this app is a MUST.

I Think the free plan must to can be used on more product to test very well and chose to buy it because there are many things to test

This app has been brilliant for us. As a small eCommerce store we can't hold massive amounts of stock but don't want our customer to be put off. This is a great compromise as we just allow them to 'back order' the item!
We've only ever had to ask 1 question to the devs when we switched theme but they sorted it our for us straight away.

This app has greatly helped automate our pre-order process. We use it mainly to adjust our PDP CTAs as well as tag Shopify orders so it will trigger an OOS email flow. Their team has been super helpful as well - emails are responded to quickly and they're able to accommodate customizations. Would recommend!
