This app has worked great for our store, www.atlascoolers.com! Due to the amount of orders that come through for our products, we want customers to have the option to pre-order items without the hassle of having to update our product information every time we have product available. By doing this, it gives a customer a heads up the items are not available before checkout so they will not have to follow up with us by phone or email. Before this app, we would get bombarded with emails and phone calls about where their order was because the customer had no way of knowing inventory availability and would wonder where their product was! By far one of the best apps we have added to our store. Without it, we might need staff just to answer calls!

We used this app for a couple weeks as we had our Bath Collection box available for pre-order. We only needed the Free plan so it was perfect and we really like the experience. A few days back we deleted the app in order to make the product available, however we didn't follow the unninstall procedures and we ended up messing that product page. Luckily, I message the support team which fixed everything in just a couple hours time, I was surprised with the rapid response and the professionalism. Like I said, we didn't pay for the app and still they treated us like we did. That is awesome! Thank you Charie and the app developers!

Awesome app! Our products weren't quite ready to sell, but this app allowed us to still launch our site. Saved us a ton of time and money
I tried using this app. It wants to charge you all the time. It warns you that if you add more than 1 product it will start billing you. I added just one product and it billed me.
It does not appear to have email notification support.
Update 30/8/2021: As mentioned on 27 August via call and emails, you are still at your free plan because only one product is selected. We had even sent you the screenshot and assured you that no charges were made.
Hi, thank you for the feedback. Our free tier applies to one product at all times. If you want to enable the second product while maintaining the free product, please disable the first product before enabling the second.
I had checked, you currently have a pre-order enabled on one product already. If you wish to enable another product, please disable the current one before turning on the second one. This includes variants as well. If you need assistance on the free tier, we are glad to assist you.
As for the email notifications, as mentioned in our previous maintenance emails to our existing merchants, our first email notification feature will be release in Mid-September.
Would be better if there was a verification and notification before upgrading from free to paid when setting up the app. Good thing the support team was very responsive and helpful to correct my issue.

We are launching a product tomorrow and decided last minute to add a pre-order app because we know the product will sell out quickly. I had tried two other apps previously, but was not able to get the app working as quickly as I would have liked. After waiting a couple hours to hear back form their support, I became restless.
Third time's the charm right? So I downloaded Pre-Order Manager. I still had a couple issues, but the game-changer was the customer service. Their in-app chat feature had me connected with a support agent within seconds and I not have the button fully functioning after less than an hour. NOTE: My store has a custom theme, so I needed additional help with the code. I was also able to get the button on our quickshop page which is unavailable with the other apps I tried.
