Had some troubles getting the app to work correctly on my shop. The preorder button worked great when viewing the product page, but it required custom coding to show up on the homepage. It also automatically added 2 items instead of 1 into the cart by default and i was receiving customer emails about the issue. Customer support was helpful and fixed the issue so that's a plus.
Wow.... First of all, the support, Spot on! Had some issues with implementing the app and in 5 minutes it was done. Then to the app itself, 1000 times faster than other preorder apps we tried. Other apps we tried the preorder button dident even showed so the customers had to refresh the page in order for it to show. If you look for a preorder app, look no further..

Absolutely fantastic. We used this to provide pre-orders for our first album release. We are extremely satisfied with the app... and will be reinstalling and using each time we need it.

The app in general is easy to use and nice, but what I'm definitely missing is the point of the pre-order, which for me is, to be able to set the own capture date of the payment (for example, not before the item is able to be shipped). I'm using it with shopify now and there is only 7 days to capture the payment, otherwise it will be expired.
Everything else is very good.
This app is horrible. It cost us tons of sales because it threw a pre order message on every product randomly after being configured properly. Your app sucks, and so does your support. IT IS BRUTAL!!! This app was working fine for a week or two, and then one day it started showing “some of the items you ordered are special order. Continue?” message to EVERY CUSTOMER, on EVERY PRODUCT, costing us over 10K in sales. We only found out because a customer called us and asked when a regularly stocked item would be in stock. I can’t risk the drop in sales from an app not functioning properly. Only gave it one star because you have to.
Amazing customer service and overall great product. It is such a useful tool and very easy to install and use. I strongly recommend!
If you have 1 product store and you run out of stock, it really suck, as your income goes down significantly. With Pre-Order manager I was able to get some sales (not as much as if I had stock, but much more than when I just couldn't sell). Bug thumb up!
