I've been using Amai PreOrder Manager + Notify in my shop for three years, and I love it! Having a reliable way to take and manage pre-orders has saved me countless hours of administrative work, a provides a simple, seamless experience for my customers. The few times I've had an issue with a feature, the customer service and product development team have responded quickly and resolved the issue within a day. I could not be happier with this product and service - they've earned a loyal customer!

Soo many issue, need to talk with the developer all the time. Every time they fix on problem they create a new problem. I have been waiting 2 weeks on help with setting up "Coming soon" and notification sign-up with new orders.
I am still a user but strongly considering finding a new app.
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the issue took longer to resolve as this is pertaining to a customize theme therefore the standard app-blocks does not work. With your feedback, we had made enhancements to the app so that the app-blocks can work better with customized themes. Therefore we would like to thank you for that.
Our pre-order button stopped working and after reaching out to Amai's support team it was fixed within the day. I greatly appreciate the turnaround time as we don't plan out pre-orders and it is usually something we need live within a few days.

I'm having trouble with the pre-order button. Every time I selected it says stop selling item. I'll refresh it and for 3 second it works and goes back to stop selling item. Please fix this problem.

Having lots of issues! We have items on preorder and it won't state that, doesn't add the tag or tell customer
Now we are left having to send a lot of refunds and having unhappy customers...

UPDATE : preorder still having so many issues after they "fixed it"
half the time it works, and then it doesn't every unreliable app.

Would definitely recommend this app, it was perfect for what we wanted to do with our pre-ordered products. They also have great customer service, worked out an issue we had with billing the same day.
