Great customer service once I encountered an issue with product variants at checkout. Issue was fixed in a timely manner and has been working properly.

Changed recently to this app from another one and really liking the ease of it. Fast response from app team at install when had a query. Yes, it's a little more expensive than some others, but worth the extra cost, as very intuitive, auto puts out of stock items onto preorder and saving us a lot of time from manually checking items. So far so good. Recommend.

We just installed a new theme for our Shopify store and the pre-order option was not showing up on products that were out of stock. Quick chat and 5 minutes later and everything was up and running. The chat support feature was super helpful and now our customers are able to view which styles are in stock. Very thankful to have this app up and running!!

Amazing support service via chat and email, the best I've ever seen for a Shopify App! Even if this app doesn't work on your website straight away don't worry just ask the support team for some help and they WILL solve it for you.

Rolled the Pre-Order app out on our site and performing wonderfully. Support team could not have been more helpful, top-level support! Highly recommend this app for ecommerce websites that offer pre-order service or have occasional stock outages.

Great app for pre-orders. Especially since they have upgraded the interface and it way easier to use than before. On top of that the customer support are ALWAYS on hand and ready to help. Highly recommend.

I have sold a lot through this app with preorders and plan on using it further.

We've just installed this app and so far it works great. The response from the Spur IT team is really commendable. We had 1 small issue which was resolved within 24 hours.
