Always great and reliable apps but what sets SpurIT apart is their EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Always available and happy to offer custom code work for nominal charges. Very pleased with their support and product.
Easy to use app that is straight forward and quick to install.
This app is really useful! Especially when you have a large amount of SKUs in your shop and you want to let customers know that it is a preorder instead of instock. This helps alot in my inventory management. Support manager Philip Zhavrid was also very helpful and prompt in replying to my emails and help in every way he could! This app is highly recommended!

very simply to use and a great tool
Loving this app! Able to provide customers with back order status and availability dates per variant. This was the key factor in choosing this app. No other I found had been able to support. This provides changes clear guidance about shipping expectations and prevents order cancelations based on availability. Highly recommended.
Great app! Setup simple, and easily workable. Only issue is a problem that comes up sporadically where it won't tag that the order was a pre-order, which means somewhere along the line a customer might not have confirmed or saw that the order was a pre-order, as it won't record the notes in the order. Not a huge problem as it comes up once every 100 or 200 units and is easilbly remedied by contacting customer to verify. Could be a compatibility issue with the customers browser, but it is really hard to tell, as to troubleshoot customers need to divulge this information and every-time their support tried to verify this issue, they were unable to replicate. But not a huge issue, just could be better here. Otherwise, I'd give 5 stars, UPDATE 2/2/2021: We finally figured out the problem I was having with customers not getting tagged or seeing the messaging/pre-order button! Be sure to select "all countries", as persons with VPN even though their VPN is located in USA, they won't be able to see the pre-order button and messaging. It would be even better though if the app were to work well with VPN with setting limitations to match the store limits. But it is ok.

The support which we received after downloading the app is what made us keep it on. They have a live chat which is available 24/7 so that they can assist you and help you get set up in a couple of minutes as opposed to going back and forth with emails.
