I would definetly use again this or any other useful app for my e-boutique by this company and recomment it to a friend, is easy to establish and when I had a question, the reply was immediate with the right solution !!!

The app is simple to use and understand, with lots of options to customize the preorder experience. Tech support is also very responsive when needed as well.

Its a good app, allows customers to buy out of stock items. I only wish it didnt remove the "out of stock" sticker from the product image as now my customers have to click the item before realising that it isn't in stock now but only on pre-order. I'd like the out of stock sticker to be replaced with "pre-order" or "special order" sticker. otherwise its good.

The technology itself could be improved as it's pretty rudimentary right now as far as the way it looks onsite. The customer support is great though so I would recommend because the team is very responsive and quick to fix any issues you may have, and they're patient! 5 stars because I wouldn't go with any other similar solution on the market right now.

just setting this up but their customer service is great, helped get our button to look exactly like our typical shop now button.
