This app works great and I would recommend it to anybody.I had to watch the video to configure it but after that it was a breeze.

I have to say that the staff for this app have been VERY helpfull and flexible. helped us get the buttons set correctly and still supporting us up to date. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Slow support responses, unable to stop pre-orders connecting to shipping app, unable to manually adjust individual orders to fulfil in stock items, error messages everytime try to export orders to csv file - complicated and messy app.

Thank you for you feedback. Based on our ticket records (which was registered under another store's name), we had gotten back to you in less than 1 business day. Based on our email replied on 01/10/2020 we had mentioned that after writing to your 3rd party shipping app, they were unable to provide us with a solution.

This is a tremendous app. The global pandemic has caused shortages of some of our most popular products. Rather than having people visit daily to see if items are in stock, we can take orders on a first-come-first-served basis. The only thing that I did to improve the situation is that I switched the payment settings on our site to only take an authorization. We will process the sale when the items are back in stock and ready to ship.

I had some issues getting the button to work with out template, but the team solved it in under 20 hours. Great work! Paid for itself in the first few hours.
