Excellent, well designed app and a great support team, in case you have a question. Highly recommended.
The ability to allow pre-orders in preparation of our store launch has been a huge benefit. It complimented the 'out of stock' reminder app too. The support team have been quick to assist in setting up the app and making necessary adjustments. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great application with excellent customer support. Installation was not 100% straight forward but the developers were incredibly responsive with getting us running. We look forward to the ability to see all pre-order enabled items in a list.

Your Pre-Order button is PERFECT for my online shop! Thank you so much! As a home-based business owner, i dont have enough space to keep all the products and i order thru my supplier according to what my customers order at my shop. So your Pre-Order button truly rocks! It totally make my new and current customers understand that I do not have items instock and they need to PRE ORDER. i definitely recommend to online sellers because you dont have to take out any item that's out of stock completely from your online catalogue - simply activate this pre order button and it's still up for sale!

This app will be hugely helpful when we launch our next pre-order product.
New users should be aware that the screenshots the developers provide of their app in action imply a "Pending" payment status is possible (i.e. charge for the product later, perhaps when it's ready for fulfillment), but this is just a setting in your Shopify payment settings (you have to select an offline payment method, such as Cash on Delivery).
Everything else about the app is great. The ability to customize your settings within each product is insanely helpful, and overall, using this app is an AMAZING step up from just listing your product as a pre-order in the product title and description.
The more clear we can be as sellers about when a product will be fulfilled, the happier our customers will be with us in the long run!
They keep charging us after we cancelled our membership. We let them know 2(!) times, and they still didn't cancel the subscription (there is no way to stop the subscription in the app). When asking for a refund, they only offered discounts in one of their other apps. Terrible customer service.
