While we initially enjoyed this app for over a year and it was very helpful to us - its since become alarmingly unstable and will either just stop working on certain products, or not update settings. Every week we have problems with it. s

The app has been working good so far! We have been able to retain some customer orders for items that we're unavailable because of the way the app automatically changes the "buy" button into a "pre-order" to be received when they're available again.

I only gave 4 stars since there are still some features of the app could use enhancements.

Finally received an order today for a Pre-Order, and it worked perfectly. If you set your inventory tracking up correctly and have all of your weights/products set up correctly, this app is definitely great!

The only thing I cannot figure out how to do is make the "Pre-Order" button centered rather than left aligned.

App broke the "add to cart" button due to an automated update. b2b business was off for 3 days. no orders possible until we removed the code.

Works really well! Great support and figuring out the inital problems I had. Now it works perfectly! Would definitely recommend it

Settings don't save, and when we launched with pre-order option - we weren't able to convert sales because the app didn't work. We submitted many support messages and even upgraded further to the premium paying level and weren't able to resolve the issue still.

Great App! Does just what it says....clear instructions, and quick support if needed. So happy to get a read on products without waiting for inventory to arrive.
