At first, we had a bit of trouble getting the app to work. Support was extremely helpful and worked on fixing all of the issues with our theme. So far, it's working great, especially during the busy holiday season!

Broke our theme when we uninstall it... Been hours checking how to fix it. Guess wht they make this strange uninstalling process..

It took a few minutes to set up, but the instructional video was a huge help. I am looking forward to ending the constant e-mails about "When will my size be back in stock" and keeping customers on my site even when their favorite items have sold out.

Great app and awesome service, we had a big influencer promo and needed pre-sale ability fast. Installed it then the developers fine tuned our variant code to work properly within the hour. Would recommend.

you guys are not fixing the issue on our store. I have contacted multiple times, we will be reporting your app to shopify for a complete refund for all the months we have paid you. you keep lying to us and saying you are fixing the bug, its not getting fixing. It has been more than a month. the settings update is still giving error 500, enabling pre-order is not working for any new products, it says pre order button will show, but it does not show on the product page. The button is not showing. in the backend, it says pre-order active.
inventory is 0, continue selling is enabled. Worst technical support ever.
