As a new business we really appreciate these Free add on apps to compliment our store and allow customers to signal their interest in purchasing products when out of stock.

They also where quick to respond and fix a problem i had it was greatly appreciated

We've used this app on a handful of stores and it's returned a significant ROI by generating sales that would have otherwise been lost due to stock delays. The support is always prompt and helpful. As well as securing orders, we also use it to gauge interest in new products and ranges, helping us to better plan and manage our product development and stock levels.

I am not satisfied with this product at all. Since installing, we've just had problems. The biggest one was selling too many products and having to cancel some orders. The system just is not user-friendly and super hard to use if you have multiple variants. Errors occur way too easily. The support is somewhat helpful (hence the two stars) but otherwise I cannot recommend and will cancel my subscription and look for a better product.

I use this app for a few things, one to discreetly show suppliers what products we would like to add and how they would appear, and also to keep getting orders when items are sold out by the supplier

Do not install! Worst experience with an app since years! Now their support even messed up our live theme. It looks like the relaunch of that app is a complete fail. Settings are messed up (e.g. T&C showing up even though not activated), we get a popup about limitation even though this is disabled. All in all a very disappointing situation. Now losing money with this app since 6 days. Support seems to be overloaded... maybe this reads somebody from the management finally?

Great and useful app. A function that one really needs as stock runs out. This allows me to sell up front as we sell expensive items that are hard on cash flow to keep stock of. Great service thanks.

Stellar customer service provided by Charie, she's very attentive and quick to response. At first, the pre-order button didn't work but the team was able to fix the issue. I would highly recommend using this app.
