The "Contact Support" button is directly next to the "Rate This App" and only one button works... which is "Rate This App". So I am rating product 1 star as I they don't have an easy way to contact support.

We are a new fitness activewear/accessories brand and used the Pre-order app after we had many customers emailing us to want to preorder a pair of boxing gloves we were featuring. It worked great and our followers were excited to be some of the first ones to grab a pair of the gloves! We will continue to use it and thank you for creating it!
Works pretty good. Be sure to check the theme files to match the button submit ID that is in the app. Took me a while to find that in the documentation, but once I found it the app works good.

This app frees up my sewing time by allowing me to keep abreast of my more popular turbans which sell out more quickly than others. For me this app is an ABSOLUTE necessity. Support is very helpful and timely.
