Prediko Inventory Management

PREDIKO checks all the boxes. Launched site at the end of last year and thought we'd have a little longer with stocky, but PREDIKO is even better. It does exactly what we need at a reasonable price.

We have thousands of products and dozens of vendors, but only one warehouse and ecommerce business. Our needs are very much around inventory analysis and forecasting/ordering and so far, it's done everything we need.

Doesn't have a lot of the legacy issues of Stocky (we used a few months) and the team has been very responsive with onboarding and listening to our feedback and actually making changes.

Cependant, mes premières impressions sont très positives : l’application semble complète et offre une bonne visibilité sur les stocks, les réapprovisionnements et les commandes.

Le support technique est également très réactif et a résolu mon problème rapidement.

J’ai hâte de voir les résultats sur le long terme !

This app is an absolute must have for any merchant listing a large number of products. The support is among the best you’ll find here. Even requests for changes to menu items were integrated into the app within an hour. An absolute no brainer.

The Prediko team has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process of adapting the app to our business. They are always present, willing to listen, and take the time to understand how our company operates.

What I value the most is that they do not just offer a tool, they help us find solutions to the real challenges we face while managing our inventory and improving our operations. Their support has made the transition much easier, and we truly appreciate their commitment and responsiveness.

We tried Prediko as a replacement for Stocky since that's being deprecated, and it has quickly become an indispensable tool for our business. The approach of starting from a demand plan that we input is exactly what we were looking for and it's full of super useful features that gives us full visibility and control of our inventory. Plus, their support is very responsive when you need them.

support is extremely responsive, they have resolved all of my issues to date. I wish the app would allow unarchived products in Shopify to be automatically active in Prediko. I look forward to using the planning features.

The refresh is buggy and takes a long time to happen especially if you are busy need to get things done

Super quick to reply and escalate my issue to the relevant team to fix a mistake I'd made to all my supplier email templates. The team was able to fix them all today and save all the work I accidentally deleted!

A very comprehensive and thorough app that gives us data-backed confidence in our replenishment orders.

Initially I was going to rate 4 stars because I experienced a few issues with Prediko syncing certain SKUs from Shopify, however the support & service absolutely makes this a 5 star app. Any issue I have come across has been responded to and sorted out quickly & professionally.
