Prediko Inventory Management

We've been using Prediko for a few months and it's been very helpful in managing our inventory, especially with forecasting demand. The CS team is also very responsive/helpful.

Firstly, the customer support is 10/10. The team has consistently made themselves available to help with anything needed and very detailed tutorials are given when something is misunderstood. We also find Prediko a very easy application to use and it is very helpful with forecasting and reporting for the various reporting features. Very happy so far!

Prediko has been a game-changer for our inventory planning. The platform makes forecasting and production planning super clear and actionable - but what’s really stood out is the support. Prediko is awesome! We have been using it for a couple of months now. Love how simple the interface is and how easy it is to configure the settings. And their support is awesome, thank you, Amar! Any time I had an issue, it was resolved quickly. We previously used Inventory Planner, but found it too expensive and cumbersome to fine-tune, and their support lagged. Highly recommend checking this app out.

The support is awesome. They also have the AI chat help feature. This feature is quickly becoming a dealbreaker for me when working with new softwares.

They've got a great demand and supply plan, with just enough editing features to be effective. The PO management system is great as well. They've thought through a lot of the most important features. This is an excellent, updated, and simple app to use for such a complicated thing like demand planning and purchase management.

I've been really happy with it! We have a lot of ingredients to purchase for some of our products and they have a great PO process for this as well. It's not too simple, not too difficult.

Highly recommend if you still have a small team but need to start doing inventory planning.

This app is exactly what I needed to manage my inventory better. I love being able to see the "health" of every SKU, and filter in so many different ways to be able to see the data and act on it. We have had challenges with being overstocked on some items and too often out of stock with others, and Prediko is going to solve that.
Setting it all up took some time, but was well worth the effort. We are syncing with ShipHero, and that's been a great integration.
The support team answered all my questions and solved my issues with patience. Great product.
