If you have ever been annoyed by the delay between the cart page and checkout page of your Shopify store, this app is your solution. This script prepares the checkout page in the background while a customer is browsing. When the customer clicks the 'Checkout' button, the page is already prepared and loaded so it can show up much faster. Shopify relies on a 302 redirect from the /checkout endpoint to generate and redirect to a checkout page. After page load and cart changes this script...

I tried the app, but unfortunately I didn't see any noticeable change in speed. However it messed with my script that required the user to accept terms and conditions on the cart page, so I ended up uninstalling the app.
The checkout page appears to load faster which is very important for a good website user experience in the last step to make a sale.
Downloaded this app and gave it a few minutes as more time isn't necessary. Doesn't increase speed, if anything made it slower.
Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting the app to work. Did you try clearing your browser cache before testing the difference in loading speed?
