Prefixbox AI Search & Filter

We haven’t gone live with Prefixbox yet, as it’s currently installed on our testing theme and will officially launch this Saturday. We’ve already tested it on the test theme, and since it’s powered by AI, we’re confident it will perform even better once it’s live.

So far, the experience has been excellent — the support team is outstanding, very responsive, and always willing to accommodate our requests. We asked for quite a lot of customisation, and they set everything up exactly as we wanted. It’s been a real pleasure working with them so far, and we’re looking forward to seeing the full results after launch.

Very easy to get set up. This is really going to help the shopping experience for my clients. The features are great and will convert to sales by guiding people to the products they're looking for.

The plugin seems to be very good and the support is especially helpful. I'm definitely not using 100% of plugin capabilities and it's already been a good addition to my shop.

After years with Unbxd, I was ready for a change. The platform often felt clunky and confusing, with too much manual work required just to keep things running. Technical issues were frequent, support was slow to respond, and new features rolled out at a crawl. Most of my calls with their CSMs revolved around minimal reporting, rather than proactive strategies to help me get more out of the platform. Add in the higher price point and long contract, and it just didn’t feel like a good fit anymore.

The testing phase has gone smoothly, and I’ve had plenty of opportunities to try things out and give feedback. Based on what I’ve seen so far, I’m confident I’ll end up with a stronger search solution at a much better value.
