Notify Me! Back in Stock Alert provided the best experience. I needed help with repositioning the button. As soon as I submitted the request through there chat feature, I received assistance immediately from Hasti. Not only was my original request fulfilled I was provided with other options that I didn't think about to enhance the experience for my shoppers. I can appreciate a company who provides friendly and efficient service. Thank you!

Works like a charm! I had an issue upon installation where the app was unable to inject the code into my theme causing the button to float on the side instead of sitting inline where the Add To Cart button should be. I emailed support and they fixed it within a few hours. Great customer support and the app has already had conversions! Thanks guys!

Extremely helpful support team. When we changed our theme, we needed assistance updating our alert button. They were speedy in fixing our issue.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. On the rare occasion when I've needed assistance the support has been responsive and helpful.

Update: Recently installed a new theme and needed a few tweaks. Hasti responded very quickly and efficiently and even suggested a tweak to improve customer experience even further. Great product and customer service!

This app is brilliant. It doesn't just take away the stress of having to contact customers to update them on new stock. Bringing in sales as soon as you have restocked without the need for instant marketing. It also gives an insight into the popular products customers like on your store. Great app and very helpful customer service
