Truly top notch customer service! Really grateful for the consistently speedy response time, the full troubleshooting of areas I was struggling in with set up, and the extra support to get the app completely streamlined. It's not often enough that chat bubbles are this helpful so I'm really grateful.
I am very happy with the app but more with the tech support.
They are professional and patient. I can suggest everybody looking for a back in stock / pre order app to go with it.

We recently started using the app and are very satisfied - super practical and simple. But the best thing about it is the technical service. We had a problem with the pre-order function in our store and the guys intervened immediately and solved it in no time at all. Absolutely top, I can only recommend it!
I have been so impressed by the customer support! When I first installed the app, I hesitated to leave a review until I could honestly do so. I have reached out for help twice now and each time I have received an immediate reply, a solution to the problem, AND they have offered to improve something else they noticed on my site. Very very impressed!

Delaram, Melika and her team were super helpful to setup the app, and were very responsive to my questions and requests. All in all the app is great and would definitely recommend it.
Good overall App for the notifications on out of stock products. The email, SMS integrations are great. We particularly like the fact "add to cart" buttons can be switched to "Notify Me" or any other custom CTA.
The preorder setup could be improved, It's hard to sync preordered items with our shipping system. We lost track of a lot of the orders. Perhaps creating a new order ID for preordred items, separate from the existing order would be more effective.
There is also no option to add separate messages for each product on preorder. Eg we had a product on preorder due in on X date and another on Y date, but we could only display one date for all.
customer service is good, would recommend if improvements are made to preorders.
