The app functions quite well. And the customer service is quite accommodating. Shout out to Miles who has been excellent with his service and being very nice.

works really good!
Would be great, if notifiy option and preorder option would work on all plans. But most shops will use either one or the other. And with the advanced plan you are free to offer both.
I do recommend this app!

This app was perfect for letting us garner emails when products were out of stock. Setup and integration was as easy as 1-2-3. From when I downloaded the app to having it on product pages it took less than 5 minutes.

Support was very helpful with great chat functionality in addressing some minor color changes and button size. The team was quick and helpful, I was able to get this setup and built out in under 10 minutes.

We have a relatively high return rate. It happens very often that a product is out of stock for just 1–2 weeks, and then it is available again. So for that, the app really made a difference for us, and we sold many products which our customers would have missed otherwise. Additionally, the support is lightning fast!

I can honestly say that I have never been more impressed with the customer service offered by any app available on Shopify...or quite honestly the customer service for any digitally native brand. Within moments, the issues that I was having were addressed and corrected. I cannot recommend Notify! highly enough. It is a game changer.
