I can honestly say that I have never been more impressed with the customer service offered by any app available on Shopify...or quite honestly the customer service for any digitally native brand. Within moments, the issues that I was having were addressed and corrected. I cannot recommend Notify! highly enough. It is a game changer.

This app has improved the service we have always offered our customers in the physical shop, i.e., with this app they can also order products on the online website themselves or be notified by e-mail when we re-order some products. The assistance is also very efficient.

I was looking for a way to add pre-orders to my Shopify site and not only is it exactly what I was looking for and super quick to install, but the lovely customer service chat (I spoke with Dela) was so friendly, quick to respond and really helpful at assisting me as well as showing me where everything I needed was — including setting things up for me.
