Just set up Notify on my store and had such great customer service from Miles! I had an issue which I had to fix with another app first, and as soon as that was sorted he made sure all was in place for our online store. He was quick, kind and easy to work with :)

Setup was simple, straight forward and a breeze. It was a nice surprise that after downloading, it was an agent to assist me. Melika was kind and prompt with answering my questions to ensure that the widget was to my liking.

Great for out-of-stock products and pre-orders. Of all the apps I've tried, it's the most complete. Conversion is super high and it's the app we use most in our store. We had a problem with notifications a few weeks ago, but their support is great, they always respond very quickly and help us resolve everything.
