Just set up Notify on my store and had such great customer service from Miles! I had an issue which I had to fix with another app first, and as soon as that was sorted he made sure all was in place for our online store. He was quick, kind and easy to work with :)
It was easy enough to install but took quite some time for me to work through the pre-order side of things. I had errors for several hours which took some work to fix, I believe the app had my pre-order product as a subscription. Once I mentioned this to Help, it was fixed within 5 mins.
