So far, very happy with it and customer service. I have used only the pre-order widget but haven't been able to see it in action yet since I still have stock, but it's been set as per my liking, I'm confident it will help increase my sales and not loose too many sales during this BFCM time due to limited stock or OOS...

So far so good. I really want to use SMS functionality for both Back Orders & Pre-Orders. Just the Back-up element set top for now. Will have the Pre-Order element set up soon. Nareh was very helpful in helping me, so very much looking forward to really using this App to it's full potential over the coming days/weeks.
