Installed the app literally minutes ago and had to reach out to Customer Service. I couldn't fully navigate a feature - having it show when a variable is selected. In minutes not only did I get a solution, the representative resolved it for me so there was nothing for me to do except express extreme gratitude. I look forward to growing my business by using this app.

We've been trying other similar apps before and ReStock is the best solution for us so far! The best thing is the customer service. They are so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this app!

This app will make my business run a lot smoother. The customer service is exceptional. Suggestions were made without me asking to make the features pop on my product page. I am overly happy with this app.

super fast customer service via their customer service chat, i had a problem with the restock notification button not being clickable and it was taken care of in under 10mins. Thank you!

I have used the app to collect interests ahead of a product launch. I think it is not the main use-case of the app, but it has worked great for that.
I am looking forward to using it further.

I had a message pop up on my dashboard, which as a non-tech person, I didn't understand. I went onto the chat system and had a reply almost immediately. The person I dealt with was easy to understand, had very clear explanations and answered my query perfectly! Thank you Judy Wood (Auckland, NZ)

The support and dev team is truly excellent and they deliver top notch personalized support. I've had the pleasure of interacting with several of them since taking over a small to medium ecommerce business 6 weeks ago - each interaction has been superb. They are responsive, professional, and eager to help support stores of all sizes.

My first interaction was when I was still on the Free tier when I initially acquired the shop. I scheduled a meeting just to better understand their product at a high level. They blew away my expectations with a knowledgable and friendly rep that had two domain experts on standby to answer any niche questions I could throw at them.

My next interaction was when a live support agent chatted me inside of their app to ask if I had any questions - and I certainly did! The agent connected me with their internal dev team, and they were able to code me a custom solution all in the same day with no additional charges.
