I installed a lot of apps and all of them was very difficult to use and a very bad UX / UI platform. With this APP I managed to install and configure it very easily, but also the customer care is AMAZING! They responded to my requests in like few minutes and also fix it very very fast. Totally recommend these guys! Keep it up:) P.S.: This is my first review for an app on Shopify, because it's totally worth it!!!

expensive for what it does and too many pay to unlock features which should simply be included.
I had 1 qty of an item that was back in stock which sent out 600 sms notifications. I lost money on the sale. I will only use this until im back in stock to honor notifications to people that have signed up but will move on from this after. It's really an app for larger stores that make at least 1000 sales.

I actually downloaded 2 restock alert apps. Notify Me! And a competitor. The competitor's was 3x more expensive per month. Both have the same interface. I was having trouble with my button showing up on the product pages. I messaged both apps, but Notify Me! got back to me within a few hours and not only fixed the issue provided me with extra help and other resources/information that I needed. This is the kind of service that all Shopify apps would benefit having. I will definitely be recommending Notify Me! to my friends and colleagues.

I just started using the app and had a slight issue at first, but it was resolved quickly with the assistance I received from customer service. So far I'm loving the app!

Still sampling it but it seems great so far! I would like to have more customization of the pop up though i.e. product name and not just the color and size, more text section. Shoutout to Hasti at customer care for being very helpful and professional!

Top notch service. Sarah was willing to adapt the design and functionality of the app based on our (demanding) needs ;) Very helpful. The app does exactly what it says. A must have for any medium to large inventory based business. We are very happy with the customer experience it provides.
