Customer service goes above and beyond. I'm in the process of launching my first business (with little expertise in this area). Melika understood exactly what I needed help with and was able to solve it quickly. I highly recommend Notify for it's simplicity, timeliness, and customization, as well as their excellent support team.

Their customer service is in the top 1% of quality, its insanely impressive how quick they understood and fixed the problems I had, the app itself is nothing insanely innovative yet its simple and effective, the aspect that really knocks it out of the park is the customer service. It was so good I actually left a review, and I never leave reviews.

The app is fantastic. Working on opening your online store (for the first time) could be very overwhelming. Needed to add Notify me feature just in case. The setup was easy. Intuitive. Just downloaded the free version and already im so impressed with the customer service and the way she went into the back end soon as I downloaded it to make sure the colour of the buttons suit my website. I have now already upgraded to a paying subscription as im so impressed already and got to delete 2 other apps, one was a back in stock app and the other was a preorder app because this one can do both! amazing thanks guys.

This app has improved the service we have always offered our customers in the physical shop, i.e., with this app they can also order products on the online website themselves or be notified by e-mail when we re-order some products. The assistance is also very efficient.

This program as been a great addition to our store. Not only does it assist us in tracking items people want that are out of stock but it also allows them to pre-order items that are out of stock. The software run with no issues. We contacted support once to validate settings and they even changed the icon buttons to custom color them to our web site colors.

Melika was really helpful and efficient with optimizing the notify me button for my business! I love that it is also just free. Can't wait to upgrade my plan soon!
