Setareh was extremely helpful in setting up my pre-order button and even helped change the colors of the pre-order badge to match my site's color theme. The great thing is that you don't have to reach out first, customer service is notified when you make a change so they are there to help right away in chat.

I would highly recommend using this app for pre-order and out-of-stock lists.

I can honestly say that I have never been more impressed with the customer service offered by any app available on Shopify...or quite honestly the customer service for any digitally native brand. Customer support was really helpful!

Their customer service is absolutely brilliant, they helped me get our "back in stock" button (localized) on a very specific place on our home page which I wasn't able to do myself in a liquid code because of the theme we were using (I'm a beginner here on Shopify).

After countless of back and forth messages they were able to implement it in the exact way that we needed for our store–even at 2 AM, they were right there with us. On top of that, they couldn't nicer, more welcoming or patient. Five stars doesn't even do it, thank you guys for everything.

Mason was the best to assist me couldn't ask someone better, in installing Notify!. I like the app and sure is a must to have for a small start up business. Wish Notify! all the best.
