Good app, backend reporting could have been better. They recently increased prices while offering NO ADDITIONAL BENEFIT.

Too expensive for small stores that care for how their emails look like and what language is used in those emails.

I get where you’re coming from.

If how emails look and what language they’re sent in is important to you, then it has to feel right — otherwise the whole thing just doesn’t work, no matter what the feature does.

We’ve heard this kind of feedback more than a few times, and it’s something we’re actively working on improving, both on the customization side and how things are set up from the start.

The customer service staff, Emma, was great and very patient.
She resolved all the problems I had.

The app could be better if you improved the export section.
I have to export all the data for the last 3 years, even though I only need data for the last month.
I hope it works better in the future.

I loved it but then the pricing just kept going up and up and now with the other apps on offer doing the same thing I cant justify the pricing. Very easy to use and love everything about it except the cost per month to have it :(

BEWARE! Exercise caution when choosing this app, as they are altering included features without providing any notification. With the free plan, you receive 10 email notifications BUT, from a while ago, you're not even allowed to see who has requested a 'back in stock' alert as the email details are blurred. Concealing information collected from your website is an extreme measure! Despite these issues, the app still gets a 3-star rating because of its chat support and user-friendly interface; otherwise, it would have earned a 1-star for its shady practices.

It was easy enough to install but took quite some time for me to work through the pre-order side of things. I had errors for several hours which took some work to fix, I believe the app had my pre-order product as a subscription. Once I mentioned this to Help, it was fixed within 5 mins.

This is literally the price of shopify to use at any reasonable amount... ridiculous. Prices should be half what they are.

Application works great but I feel scammed; I can only send 100 emails what is that haha!

UPDATE: The developer responded to my review, apologized, and added new features to the app to prevent emails from being sent automatically when the # of people on the waitlist exceeds the inventory quantity, which is what caused the issue in our case. I'm updating my review due to their responsiveness in correcting the issue. This app just just emailed 2,000 people and told them our products were back in stock when they were not, and then the app just crashed (504 error when I try to access it) so I can't even get into the app so I can email those customers and apologize.

I'm honestly confused by the amount of positive reviews. Just to preface - the app does work. The support was incredibly quick to reply to my questions. The app was really easy to get up and running. This is the reason for the 3 stars instead of 1. However, how can you guys charge $59 to edit the email? That's just extortionate. Then once you pay that you realise you can't really customise the email unless you know how to use HTML. There is no dedicated builder or anything. So basically you're charging $59 per month for the "added functionality of building the email", but then you don't offer an email builder so the functionality isn't even there. I ended up just using Klaviyo instead (I already use Klaviyo for CRM and this function is free to add, offers more customisability and offers the possibility to build flows and more...). Not to mention it integrates very well with the theme out of the box with no editing necessary. So yes, 3 stars because it's easy to install, it works, and support is great. If it wasn't for this it would be a sold zero. I strongly recommend everyone just uses their Klaviyo account instead...
